Platform-wide settings. Plex Developer Portal credentials live on the Integrations tab.
Agent settings
Settings scoped to a single agent (e.g. the MRP agent's Allowed Part Sources filter) live with that agent — open it from the Agent library and click ⚙ Settings in the cockpit header.
